Associate Sales Consultant (ASC)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists Regional Sales Director with field and non-field sales activities
Expedites the resolution of product or service issues for the customer in a clear, concise manner
Develops and documents account-based data for sales & account management reports
Builds relationships and fosters connections at all levels within an account
Team player with a high level of social awareness and emotional intelligence
Educates, trains, troubleshoots users of Recovery Force products (day/night/weekend – when applicable)
Thrives in a fluid and fast-paced environment
Obtains a high level of trust and ability to work independently
Maintains a high level of communication between internal and external stakeholders
Strictly follows standard operating procedures set by Recovery Force Health, LLC
Account management with service and sales focused mindset
Comfortable with a fluid schedule (Field/Office)
Qualifications
Computer skills – data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Unparalleled work ethic and attitude
Physical Requirements
Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up-to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
